I’ve had suman before from Valerio’s bakery over at seafood city but it was not tasty and I was disappointed. I wasted most of the suman because I can’t even chew them. It was hard and very bland but then when I found this suman displayed right at the entrance of the seafood city I was curious if it taste the same as the last one I’ve tasted, a guy walked up to me and said I should buy it because it taste really good. I bought a pack and sure enough it was the yummiest suman I’ve ever had since I got here in America. I love how soft and tasty it was. I actually bought another pack the other day and finished it in no time. I can’t wait to buy another pack soon.

Have you tried frying the suman? sarap! Crispy on the outside then chewy on the inside!
