Owning a house is beautiful than renting but it really depends of what house you are dreaming of :-) Our house right now is what my husband dreamed of :-)
When I was in Highschool, I always love to go to various villages to look for designs for a house, I so wanted to have my own house with my name on it. It was my ultimate dream but when I already had it, I turn it over to my sister and I rented a house for me and my kids. Wahhhh
It is always a big and huge accomplishments when you already have your own house. Everyone is in fact dreaming to have one.
if u have lots of datungs then building your dream house is not impossible to fulfill but if no datungs.. then sad to say but you have to make most of what you have. hehehe
