Eat healthy!


Do you eat greens everyday? I wish I do, I would surely lose a lot of weight if I’ll start eating healthy foods. It’s easier said than done, you know what I mean? The other day we went to a special gathering and these foods were served at the table. I had a few green salad and cheeses but what really fills me up were the Korean tacos in three different flavor using 3 different kinds of meat (pork, chicken and beef). It was actually my first time to taste Korean tacos. I’m used to eating Mexican tacos. Linking this to 366 BPC @ Pinay Sahm.

wow love greens.. but at this time, vegetables are very expensive in the Philippines because its typhoon season.. not so many deliveries in the city. But then again, its true - easier said than done, i also wish to eat more veges than rice and meat. :)

i do eat greens everyday. part of my diet. I am loving it now. I can now survive without rice! whew!
